• Sample requests: the name, work email, company, and ICP/offer details you submit when you ask for free leads.
• Account data: if you sign in, the identity our authentication provider returns (e.g. email and user id).
• Usage data: Google Analytics measures how the site and product are used. It sets analytics cookies only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and never advertising cookies. Change cookie choice
• Research inputs/outputs: the accounts, signals, and contacts produced for your campaigns, drawn from publicly available sources.

We do not sell personal data. We use vetted subprocessors (hosting, AI model, email and analytics providers) under contract solely to provide the service.

Scout surfaces buying signals from publicly available company information (job posts, company sites, the open web). Each lead is tied to a source and date so you can verify it. If you are a contact who appears in research and want it removed, email us and we will action it.

• We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
• We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information in transit and at rest.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
